FINEST CAD 3D allows you to import 3D projects of the following formats::
Contour elements reduction
This function condenses subsequent short elements of a contour to single longer elements (lines or arcs). A given deviation from the original contour elements is not exceeded. Normally only straight lines are considered for element reduction. Exception : Arcs with a very small height. If according parameters are set, such arcs are converted into straight lines before the element reduction starts.
This function allows your machine to have a continuous and fast movement during the cutting process.
Parallel contours creation
This function lets you generate a parallel contour for contours or for sections of contours or for all contours of a part.
Faulty drawings correction
FINEST CAM module allows you to quickly and easily generate NC programs for your machine.Special and efficient algorithms allow you to optimize your cutting process in terms of materials and machine time.
Management of pieces and orders (with automatic booking-off)

Single piece nesting
This function calculates sensible angle positions and offsets for single pieces, in order to achieve a parquet-type layout. If the multiple layout of one single component on a metal sheet is required, this function opens up to the user the additional opportunity of creating a nesting result with minimised cutting waste.
